President Museveni has made changes within the management of the Internal Security Organisation (ISO), appointing Arthur Mugyenyi as director general.
Mugyenyi, who previously worked as DISO of Mbarara replaces Brig Charles Oluka, who passed away early this year.
In the same reshuffle Museveni dropped Col Emmy Katabazi, who had been the deputy director general of the spy organisation. He has been named deputy ambassador.
Katabazi has been replaced by Tony Kinyera Apecu.
