The Electoral Commission has embarked on a recruitment exercise for display officers that will guide voters during the national voters’ register display exercise, which starts on April 17.
At least thousands are targeted in the exercise.
The display officers will be directly recruited by returning officers of various districts. In a notice, the EC said the officers must have a minimum qualification of A-level. However, in areas where people with those qualifications can be found, they can accept those with O-levels.

Returning Officers are expected to start receiving applications from April 7. The interviews will be conducted on April 12, and successful candidates will be notified by April 14.
