FDC members from the Katonga faction led by Dr Kizza Besigye have eulogized the late Adam Mulwana as a dedicated activist who used his talent to fight for change.
Dr Besigye said Mulwana had joined others who have died as heroes in the struggle.
“We are living in a country that cannot secure it’s people’s health. Adam died as a hero struggling for his health. He has joined others in struggle to fight for his country,” Besigye said.
Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago said Mulwana realized his talent and used it to fight in the struggle.
Asuman Ssemakula, a friend, narrated how the fallen musician had lost his father during the NRA bush war. Ssemakula said Mulwana had rejected calls to join the National Unity Platform (NUP).
Mulwana, 36, died on Febraury 13 at the Doctor’s Hospital at Seguku. He had been ill for some time.
He will be buried at Buziranduulu village in Luwero today.
